Workspace

The full page is a presentation. This is the same thing in plain words, in about a minute.

Workspace gives each member of staff their own Workers, each built around one job in your business. They take the routine work, the person directs, and nothing consequential happens without a person's approval.

The work you can’t hire for

Every business loses skilled time to work that has to happen and is worth almost nothing: the Monday report rebuilt from scratch, the chasing, the reformatting, the filing. It’s half an hour here and twenty minutes there, spread across everyone, and it lands hardest on the people whose time is worth the most.

Not one helper everybody shares

Most AI for business is one thing everyone shares and nobody trusts with anything important. This is the opposite: one Worker bonded to one person and one job, learning how that person works. A bookkeeper might have one for reconciliation, one for chasing invoices, one for month-end.

Mira builds them

A member of staff describes the job in plain English, the way they’d tell a new starter. Mira works out what the Worker should do, what it needs to know, what it’s allowed to touch, and builds and tests the tools it needs. No templates, no configuration screens, no consultant. If the tools can’t deliver what the brief promises, Mira says so and doesn’t hand the Worker over.

Work you can stop checking

A Worker that makes things up is worse than none. So files are checked before they’re accepted, an outside service a job claims to have used was really used, and when something fails it fails visibly with the reason rather than handing back a confident placeholder.

Around them

A shared task list, an approvals queue where anything consequential waits for a person, an activity feed, shared notes, Workers that run on a schedule or on request, and connections to the services you already use, set up as part of your deployment with credentials never exposed to the Worker.

What changes

Your people become managers: from doing the task to deciding what should be done and checking it landed. One member of staff freed of the routine can offset the cost of your whole Business Brain.

Book a walkthrough: we’ll take a job that eats your team’s week and show you what a Worker built for it would do.
