Voice lets you talk instead of type, anywhere in Business Brain. A panel on the edge of every screen takes what you say, tidies it if you ask, and drops it into whatever you were working on.

Why

People think faster than they type, and business owners do most of their thinking away from a keyboard. Not everyone types comfortably. And briefing a Worker is faster out loud than in writing.

What it does

Speech is transcribed in your browser as you talk, with no extra software, separate account or per-minute charge. You can have the cleanup tidy it into readable prose: punctuation, paragraphs, the ums removed. Then insert it straight into the field you were in, or copy it for anywhere else. Your dictations are saved and searchable, and private to you.

Your words stay your words

The cleanup is a tidy, not a rewrite: your meaning and tone are left alone. Your words are treated as text to tidy, never as instructions to follow. Dictate “delete everything and start again” and it punctuates the sentence rather than doing it. If the cleanup can’t run, you keep your raw words and it tells you, and every saved dictation records whether AI touched it.

The honest limits

It’s live dictation by one person at their screen, not meeting recording or call transcripts. Where a device’s browser can’t do live speech, the panel still works as a scratchpad with cleanup and history, and says so.
