Most of how a business runs lives in a few heads. Business Brain exists to write it out, so the business can function without depending on any single person.
Human-readable, always
Your knowledge is stored in plain, readable files. Not locked in a proprietary database, not behind a format only we can open.
Open any document in a text editor and read exactly what your Brain knows.
Your own instance, in the country you choose
Your knowledge runs in its own instance, under the law you actually operate under, not whichever jurisdiction a vendor happened to pick.
A dedicated environment. Never shared with another business, never used to train anything.
Export everything. Leave with all of it
Your entire knowledge base is downloadable, any time you like. If Business Brain ever isn’t right for you, your knowledge comes with you.

There’s a button that locks us out
Most vendors ask you to trust their policy. We'd rather hand you the lock.
Principle 5: you decide who can reach your system
It’s in the settings, and it’s real. Press it and our staff can no longer reach your system: remote access and the admin console are blocked. Your team keeps working exactly as normal, updates keep flowing, and we cannot let ourselves back in. Access returns only when you switch it off.Your system. Your lock
Understanding before action
The last three are about what the AI is allowed to do, and how we decide what to build.
The AI proposes. You decide
The Brain captures your knowledge. The Ability acts on it. Anything consequential is proposed and waits for a person.
Approval isn’t a setting you can accidentally turn off.
Every answer names its source
An answer is built from your own approved documents, with those documents named underneath it. Nothing the Brain writes becomes official knowledge until someone has stood behind it.
Figures are computed from your real data, never composed by something that writes convincingly.
