Business Brain is from £250 a month for a team of up to five, billed monthly in the local currency of the data centre you choose. No tie-in, no setup cost, and your knowledge base is always yours to download.
The price
From £250 a month, or the rounded equivalent in your own currency: about €290, US$340, C$470, A$470, NZ$580, S$430, ₹32,000 or zł1,250. For teams larger than five, pricing is worked out together with server use, so the whole team can take full advantage of everything. The full structure is shown during sign-up.
What’s included
Your own instance in the data centre you choose, with updates and backups handled inside. Onboarding with Alex and the knowledge plan it produces. Support from us or from the agency you already deal with, at the same price. Monthly, no minimum term, no exit fee. Your whole knowledge base downloadable as readable text whenever you like.
One thing you supply: the AI. Business Brain runs on your own account with the AI provider, paid to them directly. Anthropic’s Claude by default, others by arrangement when you order.
Where it runs
Data centres in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Canada, the USA, Singapore, Australia and India. You choose, and you’re billed in that location’s currency.
