About

Business Brain exists because most of what makes a business run lives in one person's head. We built a way for the business to own that knowledge, and to put it to work.

Where it came from

Inside a million-pound business, roughly 70% of how things actually worked was known by one person and written down nowhere. That’s a vulnerability, not a strength. The decision was to write it out, make the business able to run without depending on any single person, and make the knowledge belong to the business. That became Business Brain.

What we believe

• The tools most businesses rely on are rented. The knowledge that makes you competitive deserves to live somewhere you control.
• AI is powerful, but without your knowledge it’s a clever stranger. Combined with what your business knows, it becomes extraordinary.

Who built it
